She is widely acknowledged as an industry leader and expert in workplace safety management systems, having worked globally with numerous businesses as a consultant and keynote speaker to foster stronger and safer work environments. Her expertise extends to the application of neuroplasticity in safety management, often referred to as "neurosafety." Heineman utilizes the understanding of the brain's neuroplastic nature to help employees develop new mindsets towards workplace safety, ultimately aiming to improve human performance.

She is a Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant, having been personally trained by leading neuroscientist and best-selling author, Dr. Joe Dispenza. Heineman is an influential leader, serving as an inspirational catalyst for change in Safety Management Systems. Her mission is to inspire owners, managers, and workers into action to create safe workplaces, which leads to reductions in loss, improvements in productivity and quality, healthier employees, and more profitable and sustainable businesses.
